What this space is for
This is not a masterclass or a technical workshop. It is a small, guided space to slow down, notice the ways we may have learnt to shrink ourselves, and spend a softer afternoon with people who are figuring things out too.
We’ll use Soul Notes prompts, a shared Tarot pull, gentle journalling, and simple creative activities as openings into what we are thinking, carrying, and becoming.
You do not need to be “good” at journalling, Tarot, art, or sharing. Come as you are — even if you are only open by 3%.
What we’ll do together
-
4.30pm
Meet, snack, arrive
Meet at McDonald’s Marine Cove, grab snacks together, and settle into a picnic spot nearby.
-
4.45pm
Settle in by the beach
A gentle landing moment to get comfortable, meet each other, and ease into the space.
-
4.50pm
Introduction: why we shrink
A short introduction to Soul Notes Edition 01, The Desire to Shrink, and a reflection on why shrinking can become a way we protect ourselves.
-
5.00pm
Shared Tarot pull + intention setting
We’ll pull Tarot as a group and use it as a gentle opening question:
- “What are you here for today?”
- “In what ways have you been shrinking yourself?”
-
5.20pm
Choose your Soul Notes activity
Pick one activity that feels most relevant to where you are right now:
- Soul Lab: visualise your shadow self
- The Mask and the Self: reflect on what you show and what you hide
- Boundaries as a Garden: draw what deserves watering, pruning, or protecting
-
5.50pm
Pair sharing + personal Tarot pull
Share what came up, only to the level that feels comfortable. You’ll also receive a Tarot pull and a message card to take with you.
-
6.10pm
Closing circle
A small closing reflection, three deep breaths, and one seed of intention for the month ahead.
What to bring
- Pens, your own journal, stickers, or anything you enjoy using while reflecting
- A picnic mat or something to sit on, if you have one — a few mats will be available too
- Water or snacks, if you would like
- An open mind, even if it is only open by 3%
Come sit with us.
This is a small beta session, intentionally kept intimate so there is room for everyone to arrive as they are. Reserve your place through Luma — details and updates will be sent there.
